Return and Refund Policy for Designed Products

We aim to ensure your full satisfaction with our designed products. This policy sets out our return and refund policy for such products.

1. Right of withdrawal and return for Designed Products

As our designed products are created according to your specific wishes and requirements, there is no right of withdrawal or return if you are not satisfied with the product for reasons other than defects. As each product is unique and created for you, we cannot reuse or sell it to anyone else.

2. Faulty or Damaged Designed Products

We strive for the highest quality in the manufacture of our products. If you receive a faulty or damaged designed product, we are ready to help you. Please contact our customer service as soon as possible, preferably within 7 days of receipt, and let us know about the problem. We will replace the faulty or damaged product and cover the cost of return shipping.

3. Refund for Designed Products

If replacement in the form of a new product is not possible, we can offer a refund for the faulty or damaged designed product. The refund will be made by the original method of payment. We will process the refund as soon as possible after we have received and checked the product.

4. Return process for Designed Products

To initiate a return due to a faulty or damaged designed product, please contact our customer service and follow their instructions to return the product. We recommend that you keep any original packaging and follow our instructions for smooth handling of the return.

5. Right of Cancellation and Return for Stocked Products

For stocked products, where the right of withdrawal and return is applicable, the customer has the right to return the product within 30 days of receipt. The customer is responsible for return shipping and the product must be returned in unused condition and in its original packaging. The customer is responsible for the product until it is returned to our warehouse.
